Tracking your energy & water use, paying your bill, and managing your account has never been easier. On any device, at any time.

With our customized MyAccount online tool, you can now...

• View current and past bills
• Pay your bill online
• View payment history
• View usage history
• Sign up for Auto-Pay
• Sign up for e-Billing

Creating your account is simple and easy:

1. Visit https://myaccount.two-rivers.org
2. Click "Create an Account". Be sure to use your correct account number exactly as it appears on your monthly bill (including dashes).
3. Manage your account from anywhere - download the MyMeter mobile app! Now you have the ability to view your energy and water usage and pay your bill from your mobile device using MyMeter app.  Just like you already do with MyAccount, you can spot trents, track your usage and even receive energy-related alerts and challenges all from the MyMeter app. It include easy bill pay, too!
   1. Data and alerts on your phone: Access data across all of your devices and stay-up-date when you're out of town.
   2. Track and compare your usage: Track your usage against local weather conditions and see how it compares to previous months and years.
   3. Online Bill Pay: Securely view and pay your bill with a credit card or bank account. Even easier, sign up for paperless billing or Auto Pay.
   4. Easy Setup: Download and install the MyMeter app and then select Two Rivers Utilities from the utility list. Enter your existing MyAccount login email address and password (or create a new account)

After you created your account and are logged in, you will see a dashboard with four options. Select from the options to pay your bill, view your energy & water usage, see your payment history, and manage your services.  Through MyAccount, paperless billing and Autopay is offered, and can be accessed through the Pay My Bill dashboard.
