Electric Utility

Two Rivers Utilities Electric Department is proud to be your local and public-owned municipality. We operate and maintain one substation containing three transformers, 145 miles of overhead and 45 miles of underground power lines, and maintain all city street lights.  We provide 24-hour emergency service to the community. 

We buy and deliver electricity to the residents of the City of Two Rivers from our energy provider WPPI Energy.  WPPI is a not-for-profit regional power company with generation facilities and services. WPPI is a consortium of 51 Municipal Utilities - all purchased power together under a secure, low-cost, responsible power supply contract.  Through WPPI Energy we offer many programs and incentives to customers.
