Commission for Equal Opportunities in Housing
The Two Rivers Commission for Equal Opportunities in Housing was established to enforce the Fair Housing Act and other federal and state laws were enacted to guarantee a right to a national housing market free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, and national origin.
Members of the Two Rivers Commission for Equal Opportunities in Housing are appointed by the City Manager and confirmed by the City Council to serve a two year term, expiring on May 1st. City Council Representatives are elected annually. Meetings are on call.
