Plan Commission

The Two Rivers Plan Commission advises the City Council on a variety of land development issues including zoning map changes, revisions in the zoning ordinance, subdivision approvals, business improvement districts, street and alley vacations, public land disposition and acquisition, and new streets and the approval of development plans in certain overlay districts.

Members of the Two Rivers Plan Commission are appointed by the City Manager and confirmed by the City Council to serve a term of three years, expiring May 1st. City Council Representatives are elected annually. Meetings are on the second Monday of the month at 5:30 PM.
