Advisory Recreation Board
The Advisory Recreation Board advises the City Council, City Manager, Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, as well as other City departments, concerning the formulation and implementation of policy. They provide recommendations on plans and programs calculated to carry out the duties of the Department of Parks and Recreation in maintaining City parks and providing programs of recreation for the general welfare of the people of the City.
Members of the Two Rivers Advisory Recreation Board are appointed by the City Manager to serve a term of three years, expiring May 1st. Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Council Representatives are elected annually by the Two Rivers City Council.
