Public Works Solid Waste and Recycling Utility

The Solid Waste and Recycling Utility of the City of Two Rivers Public Works Department is responsible for the following:

• Manage Collection of Residential Solid Waste
• Manage Collection of Residential Recycling
• Work with County on Drug and Hazardous Waste Drop Off Events
• Encourage Use of Compost Facility

2025 Holiday Garbage & Recycling Pick-Up Schedule
Memorial Day – Monday, May 26th will be serviced Tuesday, May 27th
4th of July – Friday, July 4th will be serviced Thursday, July 3rd
Labor Day – Monday, September 1st will be serviced Tuesday, September 2nd
Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 27th will be serviced Friday, November 28th
Christmas Day – Thursday, December 25th will be serviced Friday, December 26th
New Year’s Day – Thursday, January 1st will be serviced Friday, January 2nd
