Dumpster/Storage pods/Construction Trailers Permit

This is an application to request a permit to place a dumpster, storage pod, or construction trailer in the public right-of-way. Please allow 2-3 business days for approval.

Right of Way Permit

This is an application to request a permit to construct, maintain, or repair utilities within street right-of-way.

Curb Cut and/or Driveway Location Authorization Permit

This is an application to request a permit to cut the curb along a city street, as well as driveway location authorization. Curb cuts must be done by an approved contractor.

Erosion Control Permit

This is an application to request a permit to disturb land in excess of 4,000 square feet. If you are unsure you need this permit, call the Department of Public Works for guidance.
