Cindy's Vintage Beach Vibe

This is a 1920's house that I have been personalizing since 2018. The house is a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath. It's my private residence but I travel a lot in the summer and occasionally throughout the year so I host during those occasions. I would describe the decor as vintage beach chic. It is NOT perfect, but clean, original and very useable. There is central air, a fireplace, wifi, a TV antenna, Netflix and youtube TV and more. This house is great for people who enjoy the outdoors. You will see people walking their dog, biking, in general exercising and getting outdoors, due to the great trails and paths along Lake Michigan, which is located only a 3 blocks away. There is a large (for the city) fenced in back yard. There is a small deck, grill and firepit in the backyard. There are also some adult bikes and one kiddie bike that are free to use. The beach and grocery store are a very short walk making it a great place for families or groups of people.
