Weekend Workshop: Stained Glass

Learn the copper foil method of assembly. Choose from four 8"x8" designs to complete during this two-day class. Class is six to seven hours per day plus lunch break.

Topics include:

• design considerations, structural and aesthetic
• discussion of glass types
• glass cutting techniques for specific shapes with a six-page handout
• soldering on copper foil to assemble
• framing with lead and applying hooks

For ages 15+. Cost is $150 per person. Limit of six participants. Students can purchase preferred glass colors online, at Hobby Lobby, or in person from Kelly Ann Smith. Email inkybluesart@gmail.com with questions.
