Twin Rivers Paddle Palooza
Second annual paddling event for all ages and skill levels!
Meet up with other paddlers—or learn how to get started navigating our beautiful waterways—at this free, fun and educational event.
- 8:45-9:30 a.m.: Introduction to kayaking lesson
- 10 a.m.-3 p.m.: Canoe/kayak float on the Twin rivers
- 12-5 p.m.: Kids' activities and education booths
- 12-5 p.m.: Food and beverages available
- 6:30-7:30 p.m.: Sunset West Twin River paddle
Bring your own canoe or kayak. A limited number of sit-on-top single kayaks
available free with preregistration. Preregistration is preferred for all participants.
Sponsored by Lakeshore Natural Resources Partnerships, Friends of the Twin
Rivers, Two Rivers Parks and Recreation, and Northeast Wisconsin Paddlers.
Registrants will be notified of any changes due to weather. The event proceeds in the event of light rain. In the case of heavy rain, high winds or severe weather, educational activities move into the J.E. Hamilton Community House at 1710 West Park Street.
